Often, we think of stress relief as meditating and gentle yoga - and while that’s true sometimes -
it can also be more stressful and inaccessible. Let’s make sure we’re on the same page.
Regulation
to me, regulation means bringing the nervous system into homeostasis.Through movement, breath and somatic practices
we balance and titrate, both sympathetic activation, building energy - and parasympathetic unwinding, slowing down and resting.
I believe in sharing the science behind your nervous system, stress responses, and stress resiliency - and encouraging you to take agency over your practice.
The tools I share are rooted in trauma informed yoga (multiple styles) Nervous System Health, Polyvagal Theory, Somatics and breathwork.

My offerings provide guidance, foster community , and help you tailor your practice to you - beyond the ‘yoga on the mat’.
